Anyways, I had a request for all of you guys. I would like if you can post a quote or something memorable of your experience during the Speed Mentoring Session in Winnipeg.
Kathy, the Speed Mentoring Coordinator, is applying for government funds to expand our speed mentoring and continue this exercise. One of her requests is some quotes about this experience.
Could you be able to post in the blog a few ideas or experiences that you remember from speed mentoring.

I appreciated getting multiple industry professionals opinions on my portfolio site, as well as having opinions from people with different interests/backgrounds then mine (Animation, business, etc.)
ReplyDeleteReceiving positive criticism from industry professionals was awesome. Actually getting the chance to talk one on one with someone who has been where you are and know where you are coming from was really helpful.
ReplyDeleteHaving several people critique your work from a complete outsider's perspective is both helpful and refreshing! It helps you realize what is necessary to your portfolio and what can be left out. It is also exciting to talk to industry professionals and hear their opinions on your work!
